*Cascadian Dark IPA (Extract)* Sweet caramel 40 malt blended with citrus/herbal and floral hops held to cool on their own in a hopback. Will using a large glass jar function well as a hopback? Conclusive: This method works extremelly well. Y
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Clone A citrusy, slightly spicy, dry and refreshing clone. One of my favorite summertime brews. None N/A Y
Lagunitas IPA Clone (Extract) As close to the original as can be brewed, I am very, very happy with the malt balance and bright hop character this brew presents. None N/A Y
"Old Speckeled Hen" Clone Slight malt complexity but finishes dry. Like a malt liquor, but with just a little more class... English ale yeast vs. Irish ale yeast Inconclusive/Infected Batch ?????
Deschutes Jubelale Clone A roastier and more malt forward cousin of the citrusy hop character in a cascadian dark ale. None N/A Y
Spiced Pumpkin Wheat Ale A roastier and more malt forward cousin of the citrusy hop character in a cascadian dark ale. American vs. German yeast. Inconclusive: Both batches were overcarbonated.. ?????

Luscious blackberries cool fermented with the fruit forward Nottingham dry ale yeast. Bottling with carbon dioxide vs. ambient air. Conclusive: No discernible differences were found. Y
